During a massage session, communicate with your Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) if you are experiencing any pain. Your therapist can adjust the level of pressure being used at any time if you ask. You may experience some muscle soreness after a massage, especially if you received a deep tissue massage. This soreness typically lasts from 24-48 hours.  Icing the areas that are sore will help reduce any discomfort that you are experiencing. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

Is there anything that I should do after a massage?

It is important to drink lots of water after a massage session to flush out any toxins that may be been released from your body. Staying hydrated is also a great way to reduce soreness.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge, as long as it done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment the day of the original appointment, you will be charged for the full session. We charge you so that we can pay your therapist for the time that they set aside for you. When you reschedule your appointment in advance, it allows for another client to schedule their appointment in place of yours.
