We all suffer from muscular aches and pains. Our society evolved so much faster than our bodies that most of us work in non-ergonomic conditions. Massage helps alleviate that stress and tension. Regular therapeutic massage has a plethora of benefits for your body (i.e. increase circulation) as well as your mind (i.e. decreased anxiety).

Our Services
Every session is personalized to fit your needs. Your therapist will talk to you about your specific aches and pains to recommend the right combination of massage styles and pressures. Massage is offered in 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute increments. Acu-massage requires an initial 90 minute intake and then can be performed in 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions.
